Graduate C

4/11/2021: After a few back and forth days with rain showers we were able to get Graduate C's photos taken and they turned out great! We traveled north of Lynchburg to find the perfect picturesque spot to hold the photo session.  While I take a lot of newborn and young family photos, I love getting to see the other side when they're heading out into the world with all of the lessons they've learned at home and school.  Congrats to the 2021 grads!

Baby D

4/10/2021: Baby D and his big brother were such a sweet pair! I love working with siblings and their new little brothers and sisters.  This little one was bright eyed for his session, and loved looking at the camera. We had playtime with big brother while baby ate, and then some story time with the whole family!

Baby J

2/21/2021: This sweet baby boy was so excited for our session, he just didn't want to miss a moment, thankfully lots of cuddles with mom kept him happy and he loved all the snuggling. Newborn photo sessions are always unique to each baby and family and we go with the flow, and follow baby's lead. I like to schedule a lot of time for each session so we have plenty of time for feeding and cuddling, without feeling rushed!

Baby C

1/24/2021: First newborn session of the new year and Baby C did not disappoint! This "little" 9lb boy was so sweet and sleep and barely made a peep his whole session, Big brother J couldn't have been more exacted to help with his new little bro! Loving the little window seat we found in big brother's room for all the soft lighting for picture of mama and baby together!

Baby R

7/2/2020: Just the most precious newborn photo session with Baby R! Fun fact- Baby R's brother was my first ever newborn photography session. I had the pleasure of taking announcement photos for both babes and newborn pictures for both as well. This sweet babe was in snoozeville his whole session and couldn't have been any cuter. It was so hard to move from Austin to Lynchburg, VA and leave some of the sweetest clients and friends!

Baby C

5/20/2020: With all the craziness of 2020, Baby C's newborn photos nearly didn't happen! We were all scheduled and awaiting her due date when the lockdowns started in March. I spoke with her family and we decided we'd see how events unfolded and go from there. When restrictions eased a bit a few months later we were able to capture some precious moments of this little one (even if she wasn't quiet a "newborn" anymore)! She was the model baby for her session as if she'd just been waiting for her day in the spotlight!

The M Family

11/27/2019:  Joy! I texted this family after opening their photos and told them their session sparked so much joy for me! I was literally smiling while editing their photos. The love and happiness radiated through the lens, it was a cold, cloudy afternoon when we met for their family session, and yet the pictures have so much warmth watching this family together!

Sisters: G& S

5/12/2019:  When the light is right it's just magical and this mini-session with G & S was just that! Big sister G was so wonderful with her little during our photo session, making her laugh and be silly, have fun in front of the camera. (Lollipops don't hurt either!) I know these two are going to be best friends forever!

Graduate K

2/10/2018: She's got style, she's got grace.....she's a 2018 Graduate and she is going places! I absolutely adored walking around downtown and snapping senior photos of this lovely young lady. From her photos you'd never believe that she's not all that into taking pictures, but she's got that perfect effortless look and an amazing wardrobe to match. Mom actually picked out that burgundy top and while she wasn't sold on it to begin with, it ended up being part of one of my favorite senior photos of all time! So take a chance!
